The room was spacious and great for 6. Loved the beautiful view and the nice bathroom. Breakfast was above average and the staff were super friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool area, especially the splash pad. Good location, everything was walkable. Parking was super convenient. Facilities included kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and fitness center.

Great location and comfy vibes

Super clean, comfy rooms and super nice staff! Loved having coffee available all day and the fresh fruit at breakfast. The place felt homey and was right by a lot of fun spots. The parking garage was a bit tight, and the pool hours could definitely use some improvement.

Beautiful facility. Very clean and comfortable and the location can't be beat - walking distance to all downtown Boise has to offer and a great location if you're seeing a show at the Centurylink Arena.

Parking is $12 per day, which seems kind of steep.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel located in a family-friendly area near many popular attractions such as the river, zoo, restaurants, the capital, night time entertainment. Marvellous and premier location just minutes away from Qwest Arena.

I didn't want to leave and would definitely return here. The place was fairly clean and staff were top-class, I loved magnificent location. Location: the hotel was just off downtown, museums and the capital.

The room was affordable and well-equipped with a spacious desk and cozy bed.

I liked the very clean rooms that were very large and affordable. The beds were really comfortable, and we had no trouble sleeping.

Elevators were slow and over-busy. No bar or restaurant, surprising considering the cost.

Marvellous location close to the airport, just a 5-minute walk from Zoo Boise. Brand-new queen room with comfortable beds. Extremely comfy bed. Hot and free breakfast selection with many options for the whole family.

The staff went out of their way to make sure every need was taken care of and they were all smiling and happy. My kids made messes during breakfast and the kitchen staff brought them each a toy instead of getting upset. When a very minor problem was brought to their attention, they gave our entire family tickets to the zoo to make up for it.

People smoked right in front of the no smoking signs.

Loved the friendly staff and the location was perfect for downtown access. The breakfast was a nice addition to the stay.

14 dollars a day to park at the location was a bit much. Would be awesome if they could include that in the room price.

The breakfast offers many options for the whole family and a great assortment of items. The hotel has a phenomenal location, so close to everything. Five Guys is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the property.
